You can’t go wrong with starting your day off with a wholesome breakfast that is healthy and satisfying. 

 

 

Muesli

 

2 c. old fashioned oatmeal

1 tsp. cinnamon

½ tsp. salt

1/3 c. chopped walnuts

¼ c. raisins

¼ c. dried cranberries

1/3 c. sweetened coconut flakes

3 c. milk

1 apple chopped unpeeled- optional

Mix all together and put in refrigerator overnight. May serve cold or heat. Cook for 1-3 minutes, according to how you want it. May add additional milk.

May add molasses or honey for additional sweetness.
