About Our Services:
Instructional and Informational Classes
Mitchell’s Nursery offers instructional workshops periodically and invites the public to join us. Some workshops are free while others may require a registration fee to offset the cost of materials used.
You may learn to build a fairy garden or maybe do a little container gardening. There are also workshops that teach raised bed gardening and herb gardening.

Join us for a native and perennial plant workshop! Learn the basics of plant care and create your planter to take home. This workshop is perfect for all ages and skill levels.
What you’ll do:
- Pot Your Plants: You’ll receive a pot, native, and perennial plant to arrange and pot. Learn the best techniques for potting and caring for these plants.
- Expert Guidance: Jennifer will guide you through the process, sharing tips and tricks for gardening.
- Care & Maintenance: Learn about watering, sunlight, and other essential care tips.
