Sweet Potatoes are versatile and can be used in a number of ways to create yummy dishes everyone looks forward to! Miss Judy’s Sweet Potato Pudding is easy to make, satisfying, and delectable both hot and cold! Here’s how to create her classic recipe.
Miss Judy’s Sweet Potato Pudding
Servings: 8
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour
Recipe:
5 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 Cup White Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 15-1/4 oz. can of crushed pineapple
Grated rind of one orange
Juice of two oranges
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 stick of margarine, melted
Mix eggs and sugar. Add margarine. Combine with the remainder of the ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
