This super simple blueberry cobbler recipe uses just three ingredients and comes together quick for a delicious dessert!

Yields: 8-12 servings

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 45-50 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 can (12 fl oz) Sprite or 7-Up

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Spread the blueberries evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  • Evenly distribute the dry cake mix on top of the blueberries.
  • Slowly pour the soda over the cake mix, making sure to moisten it all. DO NOT STIR!
  • Bake for 45 minutes. If the top hasn’t browned to your liking, you can turn on the broiler for 1-2 minutes to achieve a golden-brown color and a slightly crispier texture. Keep a close eye on it to prevent burning!
  • Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
