1 lb. of fresh spinach (washed, chopped, and parboiled) For more flavor you may fully cook with chopped onions until the onions are caramelized.
1 block of cream cheese (softened)
2 cups of sour cream
1 envelope of Knorr (or any brand) instant vegetable soup mix
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Drain spinach. Add to a large mixing bowl. Stir in sour cream, cream cheese, and Worcestershire sauce. Add vegetable soup mix and mix well. May be served at room temp. or cold.
