1 box of yellow cake mix
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1 can of sprite or 7-up
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish.
Spread blueberries evenly across the bottom of the pan.
evenly distribute the dry cake mix on top of the blueberries.
slowly add soda, moistening the cake mix.
DO NOT STIR!
Bake for 45 minutes. If it hasn’t browned you can turn on the broiler for a couple of minutes to give it a golden brown color and crunchier texture.
Serve with ice cream and enjoy.
